At Two Roses Hair Co., every order is prepared with intention and care. From the moment your purchase is placed, we begin the process of ensuring your bundles arrive in perfect condition.

Processing

Standard orders are processed within 2โ€“4 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Express orders placed before 12PM EST are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended as we prioritize quality and attention to detail.


Shipping

We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery. All orders are shipped via UPS.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by factors beyond our control.


Address Confirmation

We kindly ask that all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout.

Two Roses Hair Co. is not responsible for delivery delays or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees will be required for redelivery.


Delivery & Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered, delayed, or lost, we recommend contacting UPS directly with your tracking number.

We are always available to assist you through the claims process should you need support.

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene, all sales are considered final unless the conditions below are met.


Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted on bundles that remain:

  • Unopened
  • Unused and unaltered
  • In their original packaging
  • With the original tag attached and intact

These requirements ensure that every customer receives hair that meets our luxury quality standards.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on any items that have been:

  • Opened or unwrapped
  • Installed, worn, or altered in any way
  • Removed from original packaging
  • Returned without the original tag

Return Requests

All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Once approved, items must be returned within 5 days.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Inspection & Approval

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.

If the product does not meet our return standards, it will be respectfully returned to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
